We’ve made some changes.

You may have noticed that our website looks a bit different. We’ve developed a cleaner, simpler design, consolidated our meal options and streamlined our purchase process to improve your customer experience.

Though we believe you’ll find the new site easier to navigate, we know you were probably getting pretty used to our old layout and process. To facilitate the switch, we’ve assembled a Q&A below to cover all of your questions.

Q: Why have the meal options changed on the new site?

A: On our old site, we had three meal plans (Healthy Lifestyle, Athlete and Tailor-Made), each with three options depending on whether customers wanted grain-free meals, low-carb meals or a mixture of both. We’ve consolidated these three plans into one: The Healthy Lifestyle. Customers can now find all three options – the low-carb, the green and the rotator – under this one plan. Customers get the same great meals with fewer clicks.

Q: Which new option should I choose if I used to order the Athlete Meal Plan?

A: The Athlete Meal Plan on our old site was broken up into the same three options that we have available on the new website under the Healthy Lifestyle Plan. Most of our fitness-concentrated customers choose the low-carb or rotator plans. The low-carb option contains a serving of low-glycemic carbs in each meal, while the rotator is better for those who like to cycle carbs in and out of meals depending on daily activity level.

Q: Which new option should I choose if I used to order the Tailor-Made Meal Plan?

A: The Tailor-Made Meal Plan on our old site was for those customers who needed to include specific dietary restrictions and/or meal requests that they felt were not covered by the other meal plans provided. Instead of separating this step as its own plan, we have included it on the preferences page of every order, streamlining the checkout process for customers.

Q: Can I view a menu with ingredients?

A: Definitely! We now have a downloadable monthly menu for customers that shows not only the ingredients they will receive in each meal, but also on which days these meals are meant to be enjoyed. This easy-to-use menu also provides the nutritional information for each meal. Print yours by clicking on “Download Menu” in the top right of your screen when selecting your plan options and preferences.

Q: Can I still customize my meals like I used to with the Tailor-Made plan?

A: Yes. We want our meals to satisfy all types of eaters. Whether you’ve restricted your diet by choice or because of a doctor recommendation or allergy, we’ve got you covered. At the bottom of the preferences page during checkout, you will see “If you have any allergies, diet restrictions or custom preferences, please tell us about them below,” followed by a box. Please type any restrictions you need us to be aware of in this box. Keep in mind, you can always contact us directly if that works better for you.

Q: Will you still take doctor-recommended diet plans into account?

A: Yes. You can still send us your medical diet restrictions via email at Just be sure to include your name, contact information and meal plan so that we may align it with the right account.
