Fit Cravings Canada understands that a busy lifestyle does not always complement healthy eating habits. It is extremely difficult for most people to prepare healthy meals for the entire week, while remaining cost-effective.

We are here to change that.

We offer a variety of high-quality foods delivered straight to your door, making a healthy lifestyle more achievable. Our ingredients are locally sourced - the poultry is all natural, cage-free and grain-fed, without the use of hormones and steroids. Also, our beef is grass-fed, without the use of hormones and steroids.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source our fresh, quality ingredients from various farms, markets across the GTA.

What makes your ingredients “quality?”

We use only natural, fresh ingredients purchased from local markets. Nothing is ever frozen. Our beef is grass-fed, and our chicken is cage free and grain-fed. Both are steroid- and hormone-free. All poultry is Halal.

What are the main protein sources used when prepping meals?

We use (halal) chicken breast/thighs/cutlets, lean ground chicken, turkey and beef, flank steak, tenderloin, roasts and salmon.

What are the main carb sources used when prepping meals?

We try to stick to low-glycemic carbs such as sweet potato, quinoa, long grain basmati white/brown/wild rice, pastas made from brown/white rice or quinoa, barley, and red and sweet potato. Other carbs may be considered at times.

What are the main vegetables used when prepping meals?

What are the main vegetables used when prepping meals? The main vegetables used when making your meals are broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, brussel sprouts, asparagus, and mixed peppers. Occasionally we use kale, spinach and various beans, onions and corn. Seasonal vegetables are also considered. Please note that you can let us know if you have any dietary restrictions to the vegetables listed, however the more you restrict the less options you will have when packaging your meals.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will my meals arrive and will I be notified before my delivery?

Please check your order form. It will let you know when your first delivery is scheduled. Delivery times are between 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday and Wednesday evenings. If you require a different delivery, please email us at info@fitcravings.ca to discuss. You will receive your meals during the scheduled delivery window. Fit Cravings is a socially responsible company. Distracted driving is an issue and we want to keep our drivers and our community safe. This is why you will be notified via email in regards to your delivery. Please mark info@fitcravings.ca as a safe sender and check your junk folder. We will notify the email provided when your subscription was purchased. You will receive a series of emails that will let you know your delivery status: 1) One day prior to delivery you will be notified with your estimated time of arrival within a one hour delivery window. 2) On the day of delivery when the driver is about 30 minutes away from your address and, 3) after the delivery was completed. Our drivers will also call if there are any issues. Please note that road closures, unusual traffic, technical issues and weather may affect delivery times. Fit Cravings can not be held responsible for late deliveries during these occasions. If you are on your last scheduled delivery and know you will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice at your door. Our drivers will put your meals inside. Please contact info@fitcravings.ca if you have any delivery issues.

How are the meals delivered and what if I am not home to receive them?

Our meals are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs to keep them cool. Our delivery drivers will bring your meals in these bags, but we request that you return them the same day. Remove your meals and put them in your fridge then return the bags to the drivers. If for any reason the bag and ice pack need to remain with you, they must be returned on the next delivery. If the bags are not returned you will be automatically charged for the bags ($10.00 for the bags, $5.00 per ice pack).

If you know that you will not be home, please leave a cooler at the door so we can put your meals inside. If you are in a condo/apartment, please contact your property manager and ensure they will accept your delivery. The cooler bags will keep your meals cool for up to 3 hours. You will need to leave your cooler bag with your front desk for the next delivery for pick up. For your last delivery for any subscription, we won’t be able to leave the insulated bag so please leave a cooler. If our delivery driver cant get a hold of you when they arrive at your address, they will leave your order outside your door and let you know via text. If you are in a condo and the driver isn't permitted into your building by security you may fore-fit your meals. Please make arrangements. It would be helpful if you text us 416-838-0376 or email us at info@fitcravings.ca with any delivery requests or notifications. Please note that we are not responsible for your bag after it is left.

What if I decide to cancel/pause an order?

If you want to cancel/pause an upcoming order, you will need to notify us by the previous order cut off time. To cancel/pause an upcoming Sunday delivery, we will need to be notified the Thursday before by 6pm. To cancel an upcoming Wednesday delivery, we will need to be notified by the Sunday before by 6pm. If you cancel a multi-week plan (4-weeks or 3-months) then you will be refunded based on how many half or whole weeks are left in your plan. If a subscription is canceled before completion then any coupons or subscription discounts applied to your order will be forfeited and billed back. If you cannot provide notice by the order cut off time don’t worry, you can still receive your meals and freeze them to enjoy later. Please note that if you are on an instalment plan your weekly charges will still go through even if the delivery is on hold. We will just extend the deliveries at the end of your subscription with no extra charges of course. You will also need to let us know when you want your deliveries to resume.

How do I know which meals I'm getting?

We select your meals for you depending on your restrictions and preferences which you let us know at check out.

How do I heat my meals?

The containers are microwave and oven safe BUT REMOVE THE LID prior to heating. If Microwaving, cover with a napkin and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Our containers are oven safe. Remove the lids and heat at low on the middle rack. Alternatively, you can also reheat the meals on the stove top in oven safe dish or pan.

Are your meals frozen?

Our meals are fresh, never frozen, and hand delivered the same day they are made.

How often does the menu change?

We always keep our popular items in rotation, but our specialty meals change every 30-60 days.

Can I add more protein?

Yes, you can request to add an extra 2oz of protein at check out. There will be an additional charge added to your bill.

Will my food allergies be considered when making my meals?

If you have any food allergies, please contact info@fitcravings.ca before you place your order. We would like to discuss in detail before we proceed with processing your order. Fit Cravings meals are prepared in a facility that contains nuts, soy, and dairy and these ingredients may come in contact with other foods.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, no. We take specific routes. If you cannot be at home, please leave a cooler with ice by your door, and we will leave your delivery in there.

What areas do you service?

We deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Woodbridge, Vaughan . We may service some other outlying areas - please email us at info@fitcravings.ca for any delivery inquiries.

It's Wednesday morning and I just found out that I have a business trip this weekend and wont need my meals. What do I do?

Our meals are prepared fresh. In the event that you cannot provide 72 hours notice to pause an order, don't worry. You can freeze the meals and enjoy them upon your return.

What happens to my deliveries if there is a long weekend that falls on a Monday.

In the event of a long weekend which falls on a Monday (such as Family Day, Easter Monday, Summer Civic Holidays and Labour Day) We will let you know in advance if delivery will be delayed or not. You can also opt to pause your delivery if you know you will be away fro the weekend.

Will my 1-week or 4-week subscription be auto-renewed?

No, subscriptions are not auto-renewed.

Can I refer a friend?

Of Course! Visit https://fitcravings.ca/my-account/myreferrals/ to get your unique referral link and share it with your friends. When you refer someone they get $10 off their first order. Can I pick my own meals?

Our menus are set by our chefs on a monthly basis, so we select the meals for you. We do this to save you the time-consuming task of having to pick and choose each individual meal for the week. All you have to do is tell us about your dietary restrictions and preferences. We'll take care of the rest!

How many days’ worth of food do I get per week?

For every week in your subscription, you will get enough food to supply a six (6) day program. Or seven (7) day program. You just need to select how many meals you would like for those days. We require a minimum of 2 meals per day.

Are the containers you use environmentally friendly?

Fit Cravings is Eco-friendly. Our new containers and lids are made from harvested wheat and are fully compostable, natural and unbleached. Our plates do not contain plastic or wax lining and are fully soak proof. And not only are they eco-friendly, but they are safe to use in a microwave (please remove lid before heating) without the worry of harmful chemicals seeping into your food.
