Our ingredients are locally sourced - the poultry is all natural, cage-free and grain-fed, without the use of hormones and steroids. Also, our beef is grass-fed, without the use of hormones and steroids.

Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source our fresh, quality ingredients from various farms, markets across the GTA.
What makes your ingredients “quality?”
We use only natural, fresh ingredients purchased from local markets. Nothing is ever frozen. Our beef is grass-fed, and our chicken is cage free and grain-fed. Both are steroid- and hormone-free. All poultry is Halal.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards.
Will I be notified before my delivery?
Since your meals are hand-delivered, they could arrive at any time during the delivery window; However, you will receive a text message or phone call approximately 15 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery Window is between 4:00pm to 10:00pm (weather permitting).
What if I decide to skip or cancel an order?
You can skip or place your order on hold. If you want to skip or cancel an order, you will need to notify us 72 hours in advance of the Wednesday or Sunday deliveries or you will be charged for the full price for that order.
What happens if I cancel a multi-week plan?
If you cancel a multi-week plan (4 weeks) then you will be refunded based on how many half or whole weeks are left in your plan. Subscription cancellations will also result in forfeiture of any coupons applied to your order.
How do I know which meals I'm getting?
We select your meals for you depending on your restrictions and preferences which you let us know at check out.
What level of preparation is involved?
Our meals are fully cooked and ready to be heated in the same plates they come in (microwave and oven safe dishes). Please remove the lid before placing in the microwave.
Are your meals frozen?
Our meals are fresh, never frozen, and hand delivered the same day they are made.
When will my meals arrive?
Meals ordered before Thursday at midnight will arrive on the following Sunday. If orders are placed on Friday to Sunday then your first order will be the following Wednesday. Delivery times are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday and Wednesday evening (weather permitting). If you require a different delivery please email us at email@example.com to discuss
Are the containers you use environmentally friendly?
Fit Cravings is Eco-friendly. Our new containers and lids are made from harvested wheat and are fully compostable, natural and unbleached. Our plates do not contain plastic or wax lining and are fully soak proof. And not only are they eco-friendly, but they are safe to use in a microwave (please remove lid before heating) without the worry of harmful chemicals seeping into your food.
Can I pick out my own meals?
Our menus are set by our chefs on a monthly basis, so we select the meals for you. We do this to save you the time-consuming task of having to pick and choose each individual meal for the week. All you have to do is tell us about your dietary restrictions and preferences. We'll take care of the rest!
How many days’ worth of food do I get per week?
For every week in your subscription, you will get enough food to supply a six (6) day program. You just need to select how many meals you would like for those 6 days. We require a minimum of 2 meals per day.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes, we customize any meal plan. However, this may change the price of the meal. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Can I add more protein?
Yes, you can request to add an extra 2oz of protein at check out. There will be an additional charge added to your bill.
Why can I only choose deliveries up to a four-week period?
If you would like a recurring plan, please contact us at email@example.com, and we can arrange that for you.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, no. We take specific routes. If you cannot be at home, please leave a cooler with ice by your door, and we will leave your delivery in there.
How often does the menu change?
We always keep our popular items in rotation, but our specialty meals change every 60 days.
What areas do you service?
We deliver to Mississauga, Brampton, Downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington and Milton. We can service some other outlying areas - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I’m not home?
If you aren’t at home during your scheduled delivery window, please put a cooler with ice by your door, and we will leave your delivery in there. Please note: If you miss your delivery a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Can I put my 4-week subscription on hold?
Yes, if you purchase a 4-week subscription and for any reason need to place a week or more on hold, email us at email@example.com at least 72hrs before the next scheduled delivery to let us know. You will also need to let us know when you want your deliveries to resume.
